During the recent DevLearn 2010 #DL10 conference I had the pleasure of participating in the closing panel hosted by Brent Schlenker where my co-presenters - Richard Culatta, Aaron Silvers, Gina Schreck, Jane Bozarth and Cammy Bean - and I each had 5 minutes to share a big idea with our DevLearn colleagues.
It was one of the best presentation experiences I've ever had. Thanks again to my co-presenters for being the wonderful people that they are, each and every one.
One of my favorite moments came when Cammy Bean offered some sage advise on the topic of social media manners. Go, Cammy!
Fast forward a week. I've had social media, analytics and transparency on the brain. I have also continued to noodle out loud on the topic of digital manners. The question I posted today looked something like this:
